“I bought a pair of ladies black walking trousers at a VERY reasonable price. They arrived quickly and were of very good quality. I was disappointed though as I had ordered a medium, 12, the same size as all my other trousers but they were much to small! They were made in China, which made me think the sizing may be different. I have sent them back and await a large, 14 ????. So as long as these fit I will be very happy!”

“Good time to delivery - no complaint there. However, total lack of indication on the website regarding waistlines on the women's trousers meant that two of the three pairs I ordered have a "waistband" digging into (not even on top of) my hip bones, reaching nowhere near my waist, so are unwearable and I will have to send them back. Not happy as by the time I've paid for return postage as well as original delivery the single pair of wearable trousers will be considerably more expensive, and it's not even as if I can get the unwearable ones swapped for more of the wearable ones. And the so-called "sizing charts" also give no information on e.g. waist and hip sizes, which also didn't help - just "S = 10" - how about "10 = 36 hips, 26 waist" or something useful like that? The Men's sizes at least indicated chest and waist measurements, but not the women's sizes.”

“Brought the Karrimor TranLite PntLd51 trousers due to special offer email. I am so pleased l didn't pay full price. Did not like them at all, sizing was awful and sadly will be sending back. All other items are brilliant.”

“Fast Delivery Service and came as ordered. The men's jacket I bought looked good but described sizing was way out and it had to go back for exchange. I thought I would be borderline M or L based on their sizing description and what I wear from the likes of Marks and Debenhams. I decided to order L. It was far, far too small. Have sent it back for an XL - which I have never needed anywhere else ever! I slightly begrudge having to pay for the return postage giving how misleading their size description is, but not a huge deal, just poor service”

“The service from Field and Trek was excellent. The service from its couriers Yodel was abominable. They took three days to deliver, including on the first day driving off without delivering after phoning for directions (which I gave) from a few yards away, and on the second day not showing at all.”
