“I don't feel that Yodel is a great delivery service. To say that the package is with the courier now is definitely comforting, but to say that delivery will be 'not later than tomorrow' is no help at all. I rarely can wait at home all day. DPD is much more helpful, accurate down to 15 mins. Yodel really needs to improve the forecasting to provide this level of customer service.”

“Excellent quality and fit of clothing and shoes ordered. However, I would recommend not holding the entire order until every item is in stock. Rather, it is better to send the items already in stock and say 'to follow' on other items. If I'd not noticed that one item was holding up delivery on the entire order it would have been received too late for my trek and then I would not have been happy. Otherwise, 1st class service. Thank you.”

“I ordered my new boots on Wednesday and emediately reeived an email to say that my order had been received and I got 3 mor emails each in turn telling me where my purchase was it was very comforting to follow its progress and it was duly delivered by the courier on Friday. Thats what I call excelent service in fact 5star service, Thank you very much, Incidently I live in Guernsey in the Channel Islands”

“Service and delivery very goo but my gelert rechargeable lantern does not charge . As refund is not cost effective with cost of return being with myself I will have to fix it or replace it myself at less than return postage .”

“Please do not send a completely useless mug. The, albeite little, money it takes to make these are better invested in vouchers or donations. That and good service are the only way to convince me to be a repeat buyer.”

“I have always been very pleased with my previous orders from this company. However, I placed my last order (ref. no. FT40000017475289 on July 7th., specifying, and paying, for next day delivery, and I still have not received the item which was required for Friday 10th. July. Yodel suggest it was an error with the address and were sending it back to the sender (Sports Direct). After contact with Yodel they have not suggested an alternate delivery date, and after an initial reply from Sports Direct my subsequent emails have gone unheeded Margaret Waltham”
