“Had these Keen sandals before & as others were getting low on tread from continuous wearing, I took advantage of them in the sale & ordered another pair. As before delivery was on time, sandals are very well made ready for use when other pair hits the bin.”

“The service offered by Yodel is poor, the nearest depot is 28 miles from Plymouth (population 275,000). I would rather pay extra to use Royal Mail, depot in Plymouth. I will not use field and trek again until Royal Mail is used”

“We needed a bum bag / water bottle carrier and had a look online, our search lead to Field and Trek and the very thing we were looking for was ordered, the price was brilliant but best of all the item was with us next working day, So between Field and Trek and their courier we are very happy shoppers and well hydrated walkers.”

“My review for purchasing this item is a very good service as always I only have 1 problem with field and trek and I have mentioned this to you guys on Twitter allot of your products don't have weight on them this causes me to shop elsewhere on many occasion obv with the boots I bought the weight didn't matter but allot of stuff from sleeping bags and mats to rucksacks don't have the weight on there this is non negotiable for hard-core campers we need to know the weight of everything”

“Very poor - I ordered three t shirts for 2.99 each with £4 postage two were faulty on receipt and I have returned them costing another £4 and heard nothing from you about replacements or refund of postage under distance selling laws. I often buy gear on the Web but yours is the worst I have seen. I would not use you again and would not recommend. Could you send good quality replacements and refund my postage ASAP.”

“Good evening. I placed my order with you on Thursday 19th March and paid the extra for it to be delivered on the Saturday 21st March. This was confirmed. This was because the original date given to me was Monday 23rd March when we were out. How surprised I was when the order arrived Friday teatime 20th March. That of course is extremely good service but we were not expecting it and could have been out. This may of course be a breakdown with details passed to the delivery company or another reason. However we were in and all worked out fine. The packaging however was quite badly damaged but the product was ok. All in all everything turned out ok and we are pleased. Kindest regards D Kirk”

“An excellent overal service with only a minor point which I believe if improved upon would improve the experience still further: 2 of my initial order items were out of stock and removed by F & T but as the single units made a set I would have preferred the option to select replacements and save additional post & packaging, also it is a great source of irritation to me to receive emails from any unmanned address from anyone.”
