“Excellent! Easy to use website, lots of correspondence regarding my order. Arrived 4 days earlier then expected. Would be nice to see a collect from store option at the checkout/payment stage (although it mentions you can collect in your questions and answers pages, I couldn't find it). That said, your sports direct stores with Field and Trek deparments like Cambridge and Leicester don't even appear on your store list. A very pleasureable experience, very happy with the product, F&T will be my first port of call in the future.”

“Everything went well with from ordering to receiving, and I was happy with the price of my item. The only negative part of this service, was the "free gift" which arrived smashed. Although this was a bonus item, it would have been nice to get the use of the "free gift", las not. I was just glad that it wasn't opened by a child, as I almost cut myself on opening. Mick in Fife”

“Disappointed that I would have to pay for return postages Shoes were on special offer but we're a 1/2 size too big but will cost me 1/2 price of the shoes to exchange.”

“Fantastic service. They keep you well informed of your purchase and delivery. I ordered my products at 6pm at night and received it by 10.30am the following day. Would definitely recommend purchasing from this company. Also great prices. Thanks for a great five star service.”

“The pair of walking shoes and socks that I bought are fine, but the ' free gift' that arrived unexpectedly with them was a Sports Direct mug with a broken handle. It was a horrible, far too big and enormously heavy thing anyway as well as broken so it went straight in the bin. No wonder the postage cost was expensive!”

“Very disappointed to get something which I didn't want; photo on website was misleading so I'm returning item. Fast postage, but also included items which I didn't ask for - mug and magazine which I won't bother to return as I refuse to pay for posting something I didn't order.”

“Our order arrived opened (the outer and inner bags) our sleeping bag was not in it's stuff sack, in fact the stuff sack wasn't in the order. Contacted f&t and they sent one - a stained, torn, used one. Was told I can't return to store and I have to post it back. Useless.”

“Fast and efficient service both to UK and abroad. Good quality merchandise and an easy returns / exchange service should the goods not be exactly what you want. Delivery and exchange took less than a week. The delivery service is also top quality-you are informed of the stage of your order from start to finish. The postal service delivers at a reasonable time during the day and wait for the client to answer the door . Deserves the 5 star rating.”

“The colour and style of these hiking shoes are ideal. The price is very good but the only downside is that if you have wide feet these may not suit as they narrow and are slightly pointed rather than rounded at the toes”
