“It will be great if you can ensure customer that delivery time in reality will be at least the same as it is in papers, if i pay for 5 days delivery than in the reality the parcel shoul arrive in 5 days or less if possible but never later.”

“The trainers were a 4.5size but more like a 3.5', the jacket still had a serurity tag on it which I cannot remove. Have sent back both items at a cost of £11.50. So I am very disappointed. Do not know when replacements will arrive.”

“Delivery was well packaged and was packaged on a bank holiday (Good Friday) to arrive on the Saturday over achieving the website quoted next day delivery date of the Tuesday after Easter. I was able to break in the walking boots on Easter Sunday. Thank you.”

“I buy walking and cycling gear fairly often and on impulse and generally only one item at a time, when I need something........this Karrimor Wind 35+5 rucksack is excellent value and very prompt service. I would buy a lot more from Sports Direct and Field & Trek if it were not for the £4 postage....which is why my rating is "Good" and not "Very Good".”
