“My wife originally saw this jacket in the local sports direct store but with no size available. She ordered via the field and trek website, however when it arrived it had a large white security tag on the front. Poor service. The Jacket itself however is lightweight, fits well and able to hold off a light shower, ideal during the British summer! It's easily folded up small and put into a bag or rucksack. Can't recommend field and trek's customer service however the jacket itself is great.”

“Had to contact customer service because of a problem with goods, used the website form three days ago have not had an acknowledgement nor any response. A very poor service when this company do not accept telephone calls and using the online form is the only way to contact them. In fact its annoying to get a request for reviews quicker than they can deal with customers.”

“Very disappointed. Ordered: a top which was lovely and a perfect fit, but arrived with a metal security tag attached (impossible for me to remove, since it needed a security gun, so it had to be turned), a pair of walking trousers size 12, which were far too small (I am a size 10), and a Jacket which was well over sized!!! However on the positive, the walking sandals and socks were perfect! I tried to ring the company but could not get through...”

“My only problem with this transaction was a "software" issue. At the point of purchase my computer security was taking me to ......somewhere, I don't know, but the effect was that my card was rejected. Finally I turned off Kaspersky and the deal went through- immediately. This is interesting and has never happened before. Delighted with my Asolo purchase- these are the best boots I have ever worn and my current pair are four years old with worn soles. A timely purchase and a great deal.”

“Returns policy not in line with similar high street stores hence poor score. You have to pay for returns and cannot drop into local store. Sizing of men's jackets and fleeces is bad - especially Gelert softshell stuff - pathetic is a better word to describe my latest purchase. Will not buy online from Field and Trek ever again.”
