“I paid extra for Saturday delivery and it didn't arrive until Monday. So I feel robbed by the delivery company, Yodel, who kindly gave me a tracking number so I could see that there wasn't even an attempted delivery on that day. Ripped off...”

“Haven't tried out the boots yet, other than wearing them indoors to check for fit and comfort (both fine), but they seem to be sturdy and of good quality. I've not been lucky with the cheaper walking boots I've bought over the past few years - the Vibram soles splitting or flaking away to let water in, and the "waterproof" uppers being anything but - but I hope that these boots will be a lot better.”

“Goods fine, but delivery atrocious: Not in when arrived, so driver put card through door marked "back porch" (which is non-existent), then threw package over fence - found three days later, only because in a bag were goods not damaged by rain in interim.”

“Really good value. Order was dispatched quickly. The courier however was less good as they didn't deliver when they said they would. That meant I had to stay in 2 days in a row waiting.”

“Very pleased with your delivery service....right on time, even to Central Brittany! Sandals are exactly as described, and although they have only been worn for one afternoon so far, I can tell they are going to be worn regularly....lovely colour and very comfortable.”
