“Left the security tag on my purchase when posted to me. Had to take the item to a JJB Sport shop to have it taken of. They promiced to refund the postage costs but never did. The person in JJB Sport said that it happens all the time.”

“Everything that we have ordered from Field & Trek has been excellent quality, all the items have been delivered by Yodel within 2 days of ordering, even on a Saturday when we have paid for normal delivery. We will be ordering again soon.”

“Nice pair of running shoes at a very competitive price. Good fit very comfortable, feels like I'm walking on air. Not sure about the quality and durability however and the laces are a bit naff- I would prefer proper material on laces than the plasticy things they came with.”

“I bought some Gelert branded products at significant discount. When the products arrived they were in their original packaging and undamaged (NOT customer returns) Excellent value for money. So why not 5*? In a couple of words - the courier company they used for delivery. I was out when the courier called and as it later emerged the courier hid the package behind some bins BUT DID NOT put a card through the door. So a week later I go to put the bin out and find the package - £70 gear left outside for a week - really unimpressed. So 5* for F+T and 1* for the courier.”

“very impressed, ordered in the evening ..for weekend delivery..arrived next morning, items ordered were fine, although all of the bags had been previously opened and did not look to be original packaging...items ordered were good value..i would definatly use Field and Trek again.”

“Best price found the internet for the shoes I wanted. Order placed at 7.30pm, paid for next day delivery and had the shoes on my feet by 3.00pm the next day! Great service will use again!!”
