“I ordered a down jacket and a two pair pack of sports socks. Postage for both was £4.99. Sadly the down jacket order was cancelled as being out of stock. I would have preferred that Field and Trek advised me of the out of stock and given me the opportunity to cancel the entire order. £5.00 for the socks and nearly £5.00 delivery....a nonsense. I will be very careful in using their website again.”

“I was initially disappointed having paid for next day delivery but not receiving my items however your customer service once I raised this as an issue was excellent. The chap that communicated with me was very understanding and refunded my delivery costs Well done to your staff member and your customer service”

“Used click and collect and my order was available within 2days of placing my order. The collection process in store was quick and straightforward. The trainers are as described and very comfortable. Very happy with service and the trainers would recommend.”

“I ordered 3 coats for my kids. One was out of stock, so you cancelled that order; and just delivered the other two. I would much preferred to have the option of cancelling the whole order, or amending it, if not all available. (I have now had to re-order a different colour coat which is in stock; and pay a second time for delivery!) Given how expensive your delivery charges are, I really object to needing to pay twice when it could easily have been avoided.”

“Very slick process. Ordered on line on the Sunday night. Emails sent to me confirming order etc. Email on Wednesday to say order ready for collection from Thursday. Collected from store all items there and all ok.”
