“Happy with the items I bought, but not at all happy with the problems encountered in the "Click and Collect" process. Staff couldn't find my order at Preston Fishergate so told me I would find it at Preston Deepdale. No sign of it there either, but a helpful member of staff made enquiries and discovered that it was, after all, at Fishergate!! So have to fight the traffic again (and pay to park again) back there. All very time consuming and stressful.”

“Brilliant on-line ordering system; easy to search for items with good filtering, plus quick and efficient ordering, payment and delivery. I always use the Click & Collect system with delivery to my local store, effectively free of charge if you use the £5 voucher. Highly recommended.”

“Boots arrive with a split seam on the right hand side of the Left Boot between the boot and the sole not what I would expect of a product from Salomon. Have to return special delivery at my own cost.”
