“The parcel WA sent via Yodel which in my opinion doesn't give the best service. I had to. Wait in all day as no time slot given and the parcel didn't arrive until 6:45 pm”

“It's such a shame that I have been asked for some feedback on my purchase before I have even received the goods ordered, I suppose this paints the picture of my experience. It's not like it was free delivery, I paid for the pleasure of waiting this long for me to receive goods I ordered”

“The ski jacket I wanted was £25 cheaper at Go Outdoors, but they wouldn't post it and wouldn't accept cards over the phone. I assume they live in the 80s. Field and Trek was well worth the extra money - they posted it to me the next day. A little more info on the jacket would have been helpful as the size needed to be changed, and a free returns postage would have secured the 5th star. Overall - the service was quick, painless and I would happily order from them again. I'm looking forward to seeing Go Outdoors in receivership.”

“Shoes arrived on time, and are correct size & colour. But the description on you website says :- Upper = textile/synthethic, but the shoes are labelled Leather, as a vegetarian this is unacceptable. As they were only £13.99 + postage it is not worth me sending them back for credit, as it will cost me £8 to send them back.”

“Ordered a pair of Merrells on line great price... best price i found overall. Prompt delivery with a smile! No problems. Shoes fit and are exactly what i wanted, ordered and got. Glad i went ahead and ordered from Field and Trek... ~Always used their shop when it was open locally. Sadly its no longer there... Definitely use them again. Great prices and great service”
