“Online ordering, delivery etc. good but when you offer a shoe on-line that is labelled as a particular size it's pretty important that you actually provide a shoe that is that size. Waste of time ordering from Field and Treck online if you cannot fufil the basic requirement of meeting standard UK shoe sizes.”

“The product was excellent and at a cheap price. However, my wife collected the item and was given a receipt but was not told by the member of staff 1) That it included a £5 voucher and 2) The voucher had to be spent on that day. Therefore my wife left the store and w never got to spend the voucher. The last time I collected good from the store I was given a voucher that didn't have to be spent that day. Disappointing!”

“Unfortunately I've been asked to complete a review for boots I've still not received. I chose delivery to store option 5 days ago thinking that would be quicker than postage to home address. No such luck, called yesterday and was told "maybe friday if you get notification". No notification yet so not looking likely! Wouldn't order again unless I was happy to wait an indeterminate amount of time ????”

“It would have been nice if the boots I purchased had been dusted before they were despatched. I know they were reduced but that shouldn't reduce the standard given.”

“Delivery was fast and shoes arrived in good condition.unfortunately they don't suit me at all. They are very wide at the toe end and the back strap digs in under the ankle. For other feet I'm sure they would be fine. I'm off to the post office to return them now.”

“Turned up as ordered and when promised. Can't understand why the Orkney boots aren't in black (part of uniform so need black). Tested the KSB Munro boots already and they are perfect. I'll wait until I've been camping before I review the Camping Mat and Stool”
