“Ordered item Thursday. Paid for next day delivery. It is now Sunday and still no item. Was stated that it would be delivered Saturday. Went I get back from my trip away they are being sent back”

“I was annoyed with you because although I placed an order with you at lunchtime by 5.35 ish on the same day I decided that the goods ordered were not quite what I had wanted. I had to send a form to you via your website informing you of this. Consequently a few hours later you emailed me to confirm the order was completed and the next day you sent an email to say it had been despatched! I managed to contact your (Sports Direct) customer services whereon I wss told it was too late to retrieve the order as it was on "large wagon with hundreds of other parcels" and therefore I would need to wait for it to arrive and then return it - at MY OWN cost! You should have a phone number manned later than 6pm on your web site in order to avoid this very unhelpful situation. I only found your phone number the next day through a search engine.”

“Field and Trek have been my favourite shop for buying walking boots and walking shoes for many years. Great website and fast service. I've never had a reason to return a product. Also I compare their prices before purchasing and they are very competitive”

“No problems with ordering from Field and Trek - I guess they're part of the same group as Sports Direct and Karrimor. I do find the shipping to be a bit expensive in this day and age, as most competitors offer free shipping. With that in mind I tend to wait until I'm after a few items before I place an order to offset the delivery charge. On the whole happy with my purchases and would shop there again.”

“I ordered a pair of children's walking boots and paid for next day delivery and 3 days later no boots. There are no phone numbers for the company and no numbers for the branches that are open. I have emailed them to ask where the boot where and no response 3 days later - NOT VERY GOOD WHAT DO YOU THINK!!!!!!!! Very Upset Grandson Now”

“Product is good however I ordered two by mistake as soon as I'd done it I looked on your site how to cancel an order which you can only do through email which said may take days to get back when someone did get back it was too late and I've been charged twice £9.98 for two parcels delivered by the same courier with a note to say if you want to return you have to pay postage there is no phone number on your website and no way to cancel I will not be ordering again .”
