“Beware - there is no customer service if you have any issues. I wish I had read all these reviews before I purchased from them. I am now going to avoid buying anything from Field and Trek or Sports Direct as their trading practices are shocking. What is the point of writing these reviews anyway as no one reads them (apart from mainly unhappy customers)? Try and avoid - I will be from now on!”

“I paid for next day delivery and waited all day for my parcel to arrive considering it said it could arrive until 9pm it didn't arrive and I am still waiting for it. It is completely unacceptable when I paid extra for delivery I am still waiting for my order it is now 21st December and I've had no acknowledgement of any of my emails - absolutely awful service”

“As of today the 3rd December. My parcel has not arrived. It's very hard to give a review on an item you don't have yet. Hopefully. I can give a better rate once the item has arrived.”

“i paid extra for express delivery you messaged me that i would had my order today 2/12/2106 and i have not gotten my order yet and maybe i will get it at Monday 5/12/2016.If you dont deliver the orders in time why you ask for extra payment?”

“Unresolved returns experience. Damaged bicycle received, good bicycle in replacement promised so damaged bicycle returned, refund received..... no new bicycle. If I want a new bicycle I have to pay P&P again. Customer Services telephone number virtually impossible to get through on 03442459230 as 'we are constantly receiving a higher than normal call volume, please try later, goodbye'. Happy with my refund, gutted I don't have a bike, disappointed that you're otherwise uncontactable, yes email is great, but not for resolving issues like this and shocked that if I want a replacement I have to repurchase, pay P&P and RUN THE RISK of receiving the same faulty goods that I had to return to you in 're-saleable condition'!! Arrrrgh!”

“Package has wrong postcode. You have tagged billing address onto delivery address. Emails etc sent no resoonde. Your main numbet 03442459232 cuts off. Cannot get details amended with courier as you have to do it. It is a joke dealing with you”

“I HAVE USED FIELD AND TREK FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND I MUST SAY THAT THEY OFFER A 5 STAR SERVICE SECOND TO NONE AND DONT RIP YOU OFF WITH POSTAGE LIKE 90% OF COMPANIES DO LONG MAY THEY LAST I WISH THEM ALL THE LUCK IN THE WORLD”
