“Ordered Salomon walking shoes size 11.5 on line and they were delivered the following day fine. I take 10.5 shoes but these were too small. Rather than pay to send back I went to F&T at Shirebrook and ended up with 12.5 which were very comfortable Two sizes more, so be warned. As they were cheaper on line than in store I had to pay the difference which made them expensive.”

“Faulty item delivered. Whilst you have refunded the purchase price you have not seen fit to refund the cost of return postage The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Any returns policy that says I have to cover the cost of returning items must only relate to the situation where I change my mind about the item ordered and not where there is a problem with the item.”
