“Disappointed to see an obvious scuff mark fault on the front of the left trainer which I would have thought would been clearly seen by any packer. Was this not checked before dispatch? The shoes will be returned, but I see that there is no undertaking by Field and Trek to refund the cost of the return. Packaging and price mark are identical to the same shoe seen at the pick up point in Sports Direct [your parent company] at the same discounted price. Thus there is no advantage in buying on line. In fact it is more expensive when the cost of postage is taken into account.”

“Good service but would like to be able to return goods to store rather than by post. I bought 3 different walking boots , as I'm a size 3 these are not often stocked in the store , but it was only when I picked them up that I realised that I would have to return by post if they were not suitable , boots are heavy so will be expensive to return !”

“I have ordered a pair of snow suit but unfortunately it didnt have an option for selecting the sizes for top and bottom separately. My top size is 8 and bottom pant is 10..but as there is no option available i had to go with size 10.”

“Goods ok. Shocked to have to pay delivery for 'click and collect' - shall not do that again and what a dreadful shop in Swansea - I never want to go there again although staff very polite and friendly.”

“I have no problems with the products from field and trek. They are always of good quality when the item turns up. However, I paid for next day delivery and two/three days later I still haven't received my order. This is not a problem with field and trek it is with yodel. I received a text message at 19.30 saying they were unable to gain access to my property. I was there and the gates were open. Another delivery driver said he saw a yodel van at the bottom of the drive just sat there. I was a bit annoyed as I had stayed at work to wait for them. I tried contacting yodel through the website but they always seem to be busy with other customers and my package always seems to be out for delivery. I may have to go and pick the item up which is about a fifty mile round trip, not happy. My request to field and trek is, please please please find a more reliable courier as it only seems to be yodel that have a problem delivering here.”

“The rucksack is very good at an excellent price - the quality you would expect from this brand, at an affordable price. The delivery charge from Field and Trek is expensive, so I was pleased to see the click & collect option from Sports Direct. However click & collect is usually free. In this case you still pay £5 but get a £5 voucher to spend in store. As we do buy things there that is OK, but I think it's a bit cheeky.”

“The article supplied from Field and Trek was delivered to the wrong address. The correct address was on the address label but the courier, Yodel delivered to 'road' and not 'close' delaying the delivery.”

“Unfortunately I am unable to give a review at this time as my parcel has still not been delivered, it should have been here yesterday but I was told it was misdirected and should be here today (Tuesday) but checking the web site it doesn't state that it's on it's way, this is rather disappointing and I sincerely hope that it's here before Friday as it's a birthday present from my husband.”
