“An excellent offer and the purchase was fulfilled rapidly. Salomon items are not easy to locate these days and are rarely on offer - especially to this extent. An amazing deal from Field & Trek! It's a shame I couldn't afford more! Thank you!!!”

“After choosing to ha e goods delivered to a store only after paying was I made aware that not only was this not free, it was charged at £4.99, not far short of the cost of having it delivered to my home. The worst issue though was the fact that no indication of delivery time what so ever was offered. When I enquiries via your customer services I was told it was not possible to give any indication whatsoever. As this product was a present for my daughter who is going away, I cancelled the order and will buy the product through a provider who can tell me when it will arrive. SO- Sale lost!! Well done.”

“Super price for my pair of boots, better than anywhere online even from european websites. Tried the click and collect service and got a £5 voucher for the privilege but not the £10 voucher for spending over £50. Female member of staff was not fully clued up about the voucher offer and had to seek help from her colleague. He knew about the offer and asked me to open the parcel my boots came in. he said the voucher would be in the parcel. He spoke like I was trying to obtain the £10 voucher twice. I showed him there was no voucher inside. He then said it would be emailed to me. I came back and guess what no email. Whilst this was going on, I had to worry about my car parking as there was no parking nearby and it was a good 5minute walk. He then said I could have a free carrier bag. I declined, If there is a promotional voucher then the staff should be versed in how it would be issued and that would speed the transaction and not make me feel irritated and delayed. Sports Direct please sort this out”

“Online order process was very straightforward and delivery to my chosen click and collect store was quick (2 days). However, the click and collect process in Sports Direct, Reading, was just painful. I won't be doing that again! I passed the girl who served me my collection confirmation email. She then asked for my name, I said it's on the email. She then asked for my order number to which I said it's on the email. She then picked up her walkie talkie and simply said "click and collect order" she didn't give my name or order number. So if i was able to give a true star rating it would be 5 stars for the order and delivery aspect and minus 5 stars for the in-store experience”

“I ordered 2 pants, one which I really needed, the other one I ordered because the shipping costs would remain the same and it wasn`t very expensive. Afterwards they told me that the pant I really needed wasn`t available and that they would only ship the other one. Sorry, but this I can not accept. They didn`t give me the opportunity to cancel my order either.. Because I would have preferred cancelling everything. If you put an item on your website and it states that a certain size is available, it should be available! A simple excuse is not enough in that case. Sorry but I will not buy again from Field and Trek.”

“Lager good years of service I now feel this is now lacking somewhat. On ordering 2 pairs of trainer and socks to be used as presents I ordered size 13 they were in stock though I was sent 13.5 as they were obviously not !!! No great explanation just a sorry my size not in stock any more! Bad customer service”

“Ordering and delivery was good but very disappointed to be charged delivery for in store collection via click and collect. Vehicles must be delivering goods to the store from the warehouse every day, so why do we get charged? Most other companies make no charge if you collect the goods yourself. John”
