“An essential sock for walkers and hikers. replacement for a pair I lost . very comfortable and free from awkward seams. Glad I have somewhere that still sell them.”

“One of several orders processed despatched and delivered in an efficient manner. Great prices and bargains selected. Unfortunately not the prestigious store it once was. Great bargain basement stuff. Some own brand stuff gives great value and wear without the big brand prices. Some is absolute rubbish. Unsure about ethics of parent company - treatment of staff/salaries /incentives/hours etc....”

“i chose click and collect ar my local Sports Direct shop. Why do you make the number so long there were 5 0's and FT at the begining. All these extra bits completely confused the young girl at the till. Had I gone to collect the parcel on a Saturday I would have held the queue up as they don't have a specific click and collect area. I would you this system again but only because I know how the numbers work so could tell them to ignore the F and T and every order has 5 0's i am pleased with the shoes very good price”

“Delighted with Campri thermal long sleeved tops- fantastic price and excellent quality. My husband really likes them as they are warm but not bulky. I had the Items delivered to our local Sports Direct store for the 1st time and that was brilliant too so Thank you !”

“Very poor. Second time using F&T / Sports Direct, and it will be the last. First occasion, paid for next day delivery and the parcel turned up 3 days later. A partial postage refund was received after a few emails and complaints. Second time - to which this review relates - ordered walking shoes and received a pair of odd shoes. Not different sizes, completely different shoes. Eventually got a Freepost address to send them back to, but by default the buyer pays postage to return an item - even when it's F&T / SD's fault. Buy cheap, buy twice as they say. Pay a little more and get a better service elsewhere. It'll save time and money in the long run in waiting in, parcel tape, and trips to the post office.”
