“I wonder why the click and collection point is located at the furthest possible point from the entrance, i.e. on top floor not accessible by escalator and at the back of the shop. Then the assistant who served us very politely had to go some distance to collect my parcel. We were told on email to go to lower ground floor. When we got there we had to go three floors up!”

“I wanted a couple of pairs of Adidas running tights and F&T had them at a good price so that decision was easy. I was taken aback however to see that I could have the items delivered to my home or to a local store for the same charge but if I chose the latter I would receive a £5 voucher to spend in that store. I opted for delivery to the Sweatshop & received an email very promptly telling me the tights had arrived and the £5 was automatically deducted from the other stuff that I bought in-store. A great price and a great all round service and everything worked like clockwork”
