“I purchase a pair of Merrell walking shoes on line having been advised of the size to order, in your store, whilst on visit to Chester. The shoes arrived promptly, thank you but did not fit. I returned them by post today with a request for a smaller size. I look forward to receiving them in due course.”

“The product purchased which was a Sprayway waterproof jacket was a good fit, light weight and exactly what I wanted. However the very first time I wore the jacket yesterday the popper at the bottom of the zip fell off and is no longer usable.”

“My previous 2 pairs of boots have been this make and model. Only thing would say is the seam of the leather lining inside the ankle of boot now runs round the ankle level. It is a rough seam so need several pairs of socks. Preferred the previous design there the seam was much lower in the boot. However, the price is good and they are the best lightweight boot for my painful feet and ankles. Can recommend them.”

“Everything as order arrived very quickly. Only problem I encountered on this purchase was the removal of an item from my shopping bag by F&T while I was shopping for other items - I really find that annoying and poor customer service. Otherwise remaining items as described. Good.”

“This is a great item, unfortunately its a bit small ... it says XL but its more like a large, the other thing is that in the top outer pocket i found a security tag attached to the garment. Going to have to return it.”

“Jacket seems good; though not tested in proper rain yet! Thought I would remove the fur, but then the hood really isn't very big. I did pay for next day delivery, which failed (arrived >48 hours from ordering), Yodel seem particularly useless”

“Service was great. Unfortunately the Merrell Pace Glove Shoes I ordered have a moulded sole that hits uncomfortably on the inside of my foot. Vivobarefoot shoes have a completely flat sole and are good alternative minimal shoes.”
