“Order must have been processed over a weekend as it arrived on a Monday and I think we only ordered Saturday. Clear instructions for sending back if necessary. Third pair of Karrimore walking shoes I have had and the others have lasted well. Good price.”

“have purchased goods from Field and Trek on several occasions now and have always been pleased with the items and the service. Had the goods delivered to a local store for collection on this occasion and it was easy, no problem at all, and I got a £5 voucher from the store into the bargain. Good service as always. Will certainly recommend and use again in the future”

“No invoice in the bag and more importantly, one item of purchase still has the security tag on that requires an in shop tool to remove! Delivery wasn't the fastest either compared to other retailers that do guaranteed next day for less money.”
