“I paid for next day delivery and didn't get it. Courier update says they called and left a card but they did not (and I was in all day). Delivery made at 17.30 on rearranged day - with no delivery slots or time updates that meant staying in all day. I emailed Field and Trek 4 working days ago to ask for a delivery charge refund due to failure of next day delivery, but as yet have had no reply. I am happy with the product but annoyed about the poor service. I will shop elsewhere next time.”

“Service from Field and Trek was great. Delivery was as promised and I was kept informed about my parcel's journey. It's good that they tell you they have delivered the parcel, too, so if you haven't received it you know there was some sort of error and you can follow up swiflty. My garment was as described.”

“My previous 2 pairs of boots have been this make and model. Only thing would say is the seam of the leather lining inside the ankle of boot now runs round the ankle level. It is a rough seam so need several pairs of socks. Preferred the previous design there the seam was much lower in the boot. However, the price is good and they are the best lightweight boot for my painful feet and ankles. Can recommend them.”
