“Earlier reviews of the company had left me wondering whether I should place an order with them. However, the price looked right (for a waterproof jacket), so I decided to go ahead. The product was delivered promptly and free of charge. Unfortunately, I decided against keeping it, as the hood was clumsy-looking ( a design fault), so I returned the jacket, using Royal; Mail's signed-for service, and received an email from PayPal, confirming that a full refund had been made within a week. All in all, therefore, a very good service.”

“I purchase a pair of Merrell walking shoes on line having been advised of the size to order, in your store, whilst on visit to Chester. The shoes arrived promptly, thank you but did not fit.
