“Garment came after quite a wait and electronic tag still on it, too late to return had to use all manner of tools on it to release it. tried to feedback direct but the contact us for F&T is too complicated and eventually lost all my words as i has to change the reason title for contact (there is no complaint one, and the faulty item required you to return the goods). The items were not so cheap anyway and feel the overall service and support has let them down.”

“Ordered 14 running mugs for Xmas presents. Delivered by Yodel in thin plastic bag. 4 Handles broken!! Terms and conditions state I have to return "faulty" goods at my expense. Waiting for a reply from aftersales team!!”
