“I ordered a pair of shoes and they were delivered quickly, I also received plenty of updates on the progress of the order and was able to follow the parcel's whereabouts using the tracking number provided. All told field and trek did a very good job with my order.”

“Very good value, and fast delivery, so you can't complain about the service. My only concern, that as part of SportsDirect most of the staff delivering this service are on Zero hours contracts.”

“Delivery was efficient and very speedy. They sent me frequent messages updating me on my order status and arrived on time. Haven't used the towel yet but it's a good size, really lightweight and even a nice colour! I paid extra for next-day delivery but this was still a good deal. Perfect for backpacking, very happy.”

“Service very good. Slight concern initially, in that I paid for next day delivery, but was not able to find anywhere on the web site where I could check my post code out, and there was no helpline number to find out from. However the item did arrive the next day , so I was very pleased.”

“This order is beginning to turn into a nightmare. Yodel say they despatched the item from their service centre on 1/12. In half an hour it was returned there. At 1850 that evening it was again returned to the service centre. The following morning it was again sent out but returned in the afternoon because of an alleged problem with the address. What is going on? Please sort yourselves out. Do you really want my custom?”
