“CAS 1113175J7HOV4 0RDER FT40000012329381 I wanted to say that I think that it is unfair that one cannot receive a refund in a store if you purchased online. Why is this ? PLEASE REPLY thanks I am still waiting to hear back about the error on my order. I emailed customer services 5/12 and have not heard back. I had a £10 discount voucher which you didn't deduct from the order. Also I have not received my order yet. Mrs Churney jardohltd@aol.com”

“This is an excellent coat for the money. Warm with handy inside pocket. Looks like the picture and sizing was good. Two slights niggles - this company use Yodel - if you have had bad experience with them before, you might need to add a couple of days to the delivery time. Second niggle was the oversized sports direct mug that came as a free gift. Sorry to sound ungrateful - but I have no use for this and it doesn't seem very carbon neutral to be sending such heavy things out. Now I have a mug to get rid off!”

“I would usaully rate Field and Trek with 5 stars. Have used this company on several occasions - their pricing is competitive and service is excellent. Only 3 stars on this occasion because I am being asked to rate the service, when the goods have actually not yet arrived. In fairness to Field and Trek, I suspect this is a carrier issue as F and T dispatched the boots some time ago.”

“The item was delivered to our home address and not the specified delivery address, being my place of employment. It was only by chance that my husband was at home when the delivery took place for the third time. Quite a fundamental mistake I would have to say.”

“You are asking for feedback when I still haven't received my parcel! I was told when ordering 3-5 days for delivery. I realise this is a busy time of year - maybe employ more couriers? I have also been unable to track my order so far, the status just says waiting for collection (by couriers I presume) but unable to give/get any more information than that. Don't mind waiting so much if I knew where my parcel is exactly! Be nice to be kept informed.”

“They are usually ok, but this time things have not gone well and trying to some help to sort out any problems is impossible! After four e-mails and week with no order, I am now contacting my Credit Card Company and holding the payment to get a full refund!”
