“1: No customer service telephone number, the basic basis and backbone of any organisation. 2: No ability to adjust order before despatch 3: 0344 2459 230 number given to me by a store manager from his till receipt said "we are having technical issues" for 4 days. 4: Product arrived 2 days later than due date. I wonder if F&T is due to be sold by Spots Direct (owner). I wouldn't bid at auction!”

“Normally It only takes a couple of days for delivery but this time it took five days I don't whether its so near xmas and took a little longer but I was still satisfied with the delivery.”

“Good website and very good customer service and pricing, some products are a little below expected quality but this is not Field and Treks fault it is the manufacturer. Maybe they could review product quality with consumers.”

“I have been asked to write a review on a purchase I am still waiting for!!!! I have emailed to ask where it is and got a generic email back with a link that showed it is still waiting for collection from the courier... that was 5 days ago! I paid over £5 for postage...terrible service!”
