“I would review the products if I actually had them. They were collected by Yodel on 1st December and haven't been delivered yet (7th December). Please just use the post office? Sorry-I'm not happy with this. Speak to Yodel because I can't!!!!”

“I ordered a pair of walking boots on Wednesday. I paid for next day delivery and it is now Sunday and they still haven't arrived. Not impressed!!”

“Not at all sure where my package is. It was supposed to be delivered Thursday according to the tracking site but it never arrived. The tracking site now appears to say It was delivered and signed for Saturday but it is Sunday I have no package still, no sort of notification through the letterbox. I don't know what is happening. Not a very good service benches delivery service at all. Don't know if it is going to be delivered or not.”
