“I wanted to use a different delivery address from the billing address. I entered it and continued to the next page, but the confirmation email used the billing address for both. I assume I failed to click a confirm button or something like that, but I think the page could make this requirement clearer. I contacted the customer services department immediately informing them of the problem. I received an automated reply that I would be contacted in the next 5 working days. I do not think that that is an appropriate service level for internet retail. In the event I received an email 2 days later informing me that as I had said the addresses on the order were the same and that the delivery address could not be changed and the courier would be instructed to return the package to F&T. The following afternoon, I received an email informing me the package had been dispatched. I think your delivery process should be agile enough to update orders in this timeframe.”

“I was sent the wrong size item which is really annoying as I need it in a hurry n had to ensure someone was in to take the delivery but at least I don't have to pay postage cost to send back. There is no contact number so no human contact, this is inconvenient.”

“PRICE- CONTACT AND DELIVERY IS GOOD BUT A LOT OF ITEMS LACK FULL INFORMATION, ie WEIGHT FOR ONE THING. MANY TIMES WE HAVE NOT ORDERED AN INTERESTING PRODUCT WE ARE CAMPERS WEIGHT IS VERY IMPORTANT.”

“F & T - Delivered within the advised timeframe. Only online contact. Goods - Jacket supplied was exactly what was ordered, I knew what I was expecting and it fits the bill, it was the right price, the quality is that expected of Graghoppers. The sizing of the jacket is on the generous side but this is not an issue - it has been purchased for dog walking as my previous jacket (of a different make) has a broken zip and is uneconomic to repair.”

“I SAW THE TWO KARRIMORE COATS ON THE F&T WEBSITE AND WAS AMAZED AT WHAT A BARGAIN THEY WERE. ALTHOUGH NOT DESPERATE FOR OUTDOOR COATS, THE OFFER WAS TOO GOOD TO IGNORE. SO, I BOUGHT A COAT FOR MYSELF AND MY WIFE AND BOTH FITTED PERFECTLY. AMAZINGLY PRICED AND FREE DELIVERY, THE COATS ARRIVED WITHIN TWO DAYS. THIS BUY WAS JUST PERFECT.”

“Surprised at finding the charge for collection in store would be the same as for postal delivery. Would have preferred to collect in store actually. Despite ordering xxL size (the largest) found that the item was skimpy and not big enough (haven't had this problem with xxL on many other items of clothing bought from other stores in recent weeks.”
