“Overall delivery took far too long The product inside was covered in price tags and sales stickers which could not be removed without destroying the packaging - not good on a present I will not be purchasing from the company again also the £10 off voucher I was allocated was not deducted at the payment section of the order. The customer support is non existent with only e-mail contact available all in all perhaps the experience was very poor”

“I've got this request asking me for a review but the site that does it has not told me what item it is about. As I am a regular customer of F&T and buy many things I can only suppose that it is about my latest coat. But who knows? Anyway I'll assume that the request is about the coat. As soon as I tried to adjust the cuffs the velcro came of the left sleeve and the right one is coming undone. It was cheap enough at £38 plus postage so I really cannot be bothered to send it back. Its in the bin. If this review request is about the socks then they didn't fit. I liked the Mickey Mouse hat but the free trip to Florida was a disaster as my wife was killed by a mugger. If its about your website that seems to be written by a 3 year old - it doesn't work.”

“No problems with the product or Field and Trek, but were unhappy with the delivery by Yodel, even allowing for the Christmas rush. Ironically, a second order with Field and Trek - again very happy with the order - arrived within 48 hours with a different courier (i.e. before the original order)”

“Boots and hiking pole were just what I wanted and speedy delivery too. But I really dislike the so-called free gift, such blatant advertising and so naff. It goes straight into landfill. Please ask before sending this kind of unsolicited rubbish in future and allow people to opt out.”

“I submitted an order on the 30th November 2014, and today, the 13th December, I am still awaiting its delivery..!!!! On the 9th December I sent a request for information for the estimated time for delivery, and the obvious set up reply I got back was - "Your order FT40000012054238 has been picked and packaged and is awaiting collection by our courier. We have several collections throughout the day and so we expect that you will receive your order within the next couple of days." - If there are several collections a day, I should have received mine long ago..!!!! Furthermore, no response from the further enquiry I sent on the 13th Dec. asking for further info. No further communication to explain the reason no delivery or to give me a clue as to when I can expect it..”

“I received no confirmation e mail but promotional e mails started immediately.No telephone number to contact company direct and query sent on web site went unanswered. A week later received e mail from Yodel that my parcel was on it's way. To add insult to injury I was asked to review my purchase before I had even received it. I chose Field and Treck because the price for the Brasher Supalites was good but customer service is so bad, never again!”
