“The shoes we ordered came quickly and were as described - thank you. With the shoes came a sportsdirect mug. We didn't know Field and Trek was part of the sportsdirect grouup. Sportsdirect have a poor record on employee relations and abuse zero hour contracts, in our view http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/economics-blog/2013/aug/04/zero-hours-contract-workers-reserve-army-labour We should have done better research. And / or Sports Direct / Field and Trek should improve their ways of working. Thanks Grant”

“Prompt service and delivery. The gilet is as described. My only criticism is that it is too tight around the hips (even after ordering a size bigger than normal).”

“The product purchased which was a Sprayway waterproof jacket was a good fit, light weight and exactly what I wanted. However the very first time I wore the jacket yesterday the popper at the bottom of the zip fell off and is no longer usable.”

“Vango Beta 350 xl as described. Yet to try out. Checked on line. Cheapest I could find. Gelert single burner portable stove. As described. If Gelert continue supplying a carry case for the stove, they may consider a more robust carry case as it is quite flimsy even if they charge a little extra. Gelert solid fuel cooker. Used these previously. an excellent standby. light and take up little room. Overall service and packaging GOOD”

“bought a berghaus coat for my wife for £110.00. unfortunately she had trouble trying to open the side pockets as the zips are abnormally stiff. whilst doing this one of the clasps that attach to the zip snapped off. upon checking the returns for faulty goods section it seems all returns are to be paid for by the customer. so we have decided to put up with a new coat with one pocket unable to close and the other still a problem to open and close . i really dont think that if a customer recieves a faulty item they should have to pay for postage to return . basically that means you are paying more for your orderif you have a problem. i have ordered from them before but having discovered the return policy for faulty goods i would think twice before i placed any further orders.”
