“Happy my order came quickly and even though I worried when I tracked my package on email saying it was delivered and signed by the customer while nobody was at home. It was securely left by the front porch!”

“By mistake I've ordered a XL boys didn't know there was such a thing! I guess there is no point sending back as the P&P was an extortionate £4-99. I'll never order again as the P&P is to expensive so I can't sent a mistake order back. May as well just go to the shop in town and buy to save any mistakes and expensive P&P. It's not the first time I've had problems ordering on the Feild & Track website so Twice bitten never again. I'll be removing myself from the mail list.”

“I brought a vango tent from field and trek and presumed I would be happy with it except due to manufacturing fault it lets in water. I have contacted the customer services team and received no response at all. Extremely disappointing! Regards Emma Saxon”
