“Not happy. Delivery stated they had tried to deliver. Was in all day. Didn't leave card. Delivering today when I cannot be about. If they can text why can't they ring.”

“My order was as stated, so they got it right, I dropped a ⭐️ because I tried to collect at a store, but was surprised to see the postage was still being charged. So I had it delivered as I'm still paying postage for 'click and collect'.”

“I Ordered a bike as a present for my daughter's birthday. The estimated delivery was for Thursday. Which was planet of time as it was her birthday on sunday. Sunday came and went and still no bike. The delivery company messed up the delivery and sent it to the wrong depot. I wrote to you asking for some assistance and got a no reply email back. Not great customer service and one disappointed birthday girl.”

“You supplied me with the wrong size running shoes and they are therefore deemed defective. You tried to charge me for returning the item despite it being your responsibility under the Sale of goods Act 1979. You eventually provided me with a Freepost address which I returned the shoes to and have a Royal Mail Proof of Postage for. You have still not refunded me for the item.”
