“It wasn't mentioned in the description of the shoes that they were returns. The pair that turned up had dirty soles. Other than that, nice pair of shoes, good price, but the mis-description is against the law and a let down.”

“I haven't received the package though I'm told by your delivery company website and texts that I have. Your delivery service left no notice of where they've left it and I can't get in touch with anyone at Field and Trek or Hermes to find out where it is.”
