“Items arrived fast, they were as described on the website and in good condition. The only bad thing was that all the items were packaged in two blue bags. The outer bag was damaged, yet thankfully all the items remained intact. I would have prefered a different packing method. A carton box would suffice.”

“The security tag was still on the trainers. I had to forcibly remove it, annoying. They were thrown in the box. None of the paper was in or around the shoes. Badly presented. Good postal service, that's why I gave an extra star than the one I was going to.”

“I have been planning on getting new trainers for a few weeks now, but had set myself a limit of £100 I was having a hard time finding the Saucony trainers I wanted for less than this amount, until I came across Field and Trek. Found the exact pair I had set my heart on for £95. Very happy.!!!”

“I ordered 2 x Karrimor jackets. One in the size of my existing Karrimor jacket and one in the size above. The idea being that one of them would fit. However both are drastically smaller that the size stated on the websites guide. One of the jackets is supposed to fit 46" to 48" chest but the jacket measures nowhere near that!”

“the item I purchased online I had seen in store where unfortunately my size was not available, the staff were very helpful and said to order on-line was the quickest way and it was, a very easy website to use and the order was easy to place. The delivery was very quick too.”
