“I bought a pair of Karrimor walking boots on the 17th sept and the front tongue on the left boot went into holes. i took them back to the store where I bought them and was told we cannot take them back as they are dirty? They did have some dust on them, after all they are walking boots but they were certainly not filthy and certainly not resaleable due to the damage. Less than 4 weeks old...never buying from them again...”
