“I have purchased from field and trek in the past and always received good service. However, this time I purchased some running shoes, much needed to replace old trainers. I made the purchase on a Wednesday and selected and paid for next day delivery, it is now the following Monday night and I have still not received my order!! To make matters worse I contacted customer services for help, and got in reply a generic email with as little info in it as possible, which was no help at all. The fact that they can't even be bothered to help out their customers when they do not provide the service that has been paid for is appalling. I hope anyone ordering from them does not bother with paying the small extra fee for quick delivery if they need something fast, as my experience tells me there's no point.”

“My order arrived within 48 hrs. I had seen the same item for twice the price elsewhere so thought I would go with Field and Trek as they had never let me down before. I have used their gear all over the world and it certainly stands in comparison to the more Gucci gear you see people wearing whilst working abroad. Business and customer care ethics are old school, something that is sadly a rare commodity these days.”

“ordered realised not what I thought so cancelled within minutes. order was dispatched a whole day or so later. customer services finally emailed me and said order cannot be cancelled refuse delivery for full refund. you need a free telephone contact to sales. £4.99 delivery is excessive as other companys deliver free if order exceeds£20 or £30 wasn't till dispatch That I realised I was buying from JD as field and trek seem to be yet another outlet. not impressed.”

“Everything I have ever ordered from field & trek/sports direct, has never been delivered! By continuing to use Yodel as your primary delivery partner, this will continue to happen! Of the 3 online orders I have purchased, 2 have been stolen and one was returned as they couldn't be bothered to deliver it! A truly awful system!”
