“Just what I wanted”

“The product purchased from Field and Trek arrived promptly and was a good price. However it was accompanied by a variety of free gifts which seemed to be a way of getting rid of cheap rubbish...a mug with the handle stuck on upside down, reduced England car flags and a reduced aerial ping-pong thing. I didn't sign up to receive a free 'gift' and was annoyed to receive rubbish which I now need to dispose of. I would be put off shopping with Field and Trek again.”

“Service was great, boots arrived swiftly unfortunately they were a very small size 9.5 and had to be returned at my own expense. Still awaiting news that these have arrived back safely and that a replacement will be sent out. Hope it does not take too long.”

“found some walking boots online but F&T couldn't supply in store. ordered both pairs of boots - same size same make - one fitted and the other didn't. was told to get refund at sports direct, but they'd only give credit note because it was bought through F&T. later found the boots were available from sports direct via Amazon half the price they'd been on F&T. all a bit of a shambles.”

“Good website, easy to navigate, photos of products were clear and being able to quickly see different angles was a real bonus. Ordering was very easy with a step by step system. The delivery was excellent and was very easy to track progress. Full marks to Yodel, I was extremely impressed with their service all the way through. The parcel arrived on the day stated and I also received a text to tell me it was on its way about an hour before it arrived .”

“The Berghaus jacket was exactly as expected, good quality, sizing correct. It was delivered on time, as with previous orders. The only downside is that, as with previous orders, the email announcing that the goods had been dispatched actually arrived after the goods rendering it useless. It needs to be sent much earlier or there needs to be an extra email in the middle.”

“Delivery prompt but unfortunately product faulty - 1 shoe bigger than the other! Struggled to find a customer service contact number - when I did establish contact the customer service assistant was very helpful.”
