“Great product at a knock down sale price. Ordered at around 6.45pm Friday evening and paid extra for Saturday delivery. Was a bit sceptical but sure enough shoes were delivered next day ready for holiday on Monday! Great service thanks”

“The bike is excellent, was easy to assemble and is great to ride. My husband is 6'4'' and it is a suitable frame size for him. The only niggle I had was that I paid extra for Saturday delivery but it was delivered on a Wednesday. Luckily our neighbor kindly took it in for us as I knew a mid week delivery would not be good for us. Other than that excellent product and very prompt delivery if not on the specified day.”

“Totally unacceptable service: The goods I ordered were despatched via Yodel on 24th September. On 25th September Yodel put the parcel on a van but did not attempt to deliver it. On 26th and 27th September they claim to have attempted delivery but that is untrue. They did not leave cards as they claim. I rescheduled delivery for 29th but it was not sent out. Now they have deleted it from their tracking system. I now find that Field and Trek have no telephone numbers to contact them and their email is just an automated system which send irrelevant replies. I have paid for goods which have not been supplied and have wasted a lot of time in the process. I will now have to waste more time trying to recovering my money.”

“Ordered a product worth £20 the main item i wanted and added a small item worth £1.50. I received an email a couple if days later to say that the larger iten was not longer available. Upon checking my account the small item (worth 1.50) had been despatched and i have been charged 3.99 postage, without asking if i still wanted the item. NOT HAPPY. !! Have emailed customer service, just waiting for their response.”

“the order was fine,there was nothing wrong with the products, and the order was over£100, giving me free postage BUT I paid £5.99 for next day delivery on the satuday as I was going away on the sunday, but the parcel failed to arrive until the Sunday. There is no way of contacting the F&T customer services apart from snail mail, and a customer services e-mail, which I duly did on the Sunday 21 Sept last week to ask for my next day delivery fee to be returned, but I have heard nothing from them as yet. So I await a response from customer services. Should this matter ever be resolved, I shall be pleased to confirm this in another review.”

“The only positive was the speed of delivery, 2 working days. Muddy Fox bib tights are poor quality, not worth £17.99 let alone supposed full price of £49.99. Short sleeved top was supposed to be £26.99 reduced to £9.99. When it arrived it had sale sticker on saying £6.50.”

“Price in sale was a real bargain . excellent prompt delivery. Arrived 2 days after ordered and would have given 5 stars only one of the sandals still had a security tag attached. Difficult to make contact to explain problem but remedied by taking it to a local Sports direct store where they removed it safely.”

“I was looking for a new pair of sturdy trainers and found them in the sale on the website and ordered them which was very clear and quick and easy. I was informed all the way about the tracking of my order and it arrived within 3 days. The trainers are just what I wanted and because they were in the sale they were very nearly half price - a bargain.”
