“Good points: fast delivery, with the delivery flagged up, good products at good prices. Bad point: the "out for delivery" alert only came when it was already out with the courier. Luckily I was at home that day, but if it had been a working in town day for me I would have already left and not been able to make any arrangements for neighbour/safe place etc.... Would be better sent the day before when it goes to the hub and expected delivery is the next day. Terrible point that makes me angry: please please please stop sending out those ridiculous Sports Direct mugs. I end up putting mine straight in the bin - contributing to landfill, adding to the weight of the parcel, totally unenvironmentally friendly. Can the free mug be made optional please? That way everybody will be happy! It makes me so annoyed it puts me off ordering again.....”

“Four out of the five products were damaged. Have contacted the team for a resolution, but after 48 hours I've had no response. In this time of online trading this is perceived as poor service. Additionally the request for feedback arrived whilst I'm waiting for a resolution. I suggest you link up your CRM system so you don't put customers in a position to give you negative feedback. Sorry. Phil”

“Shoes arrived fast - however, it would be very helpful if there were more information about the fitting of the shoes - it would save a good deal of time, and money for postage to know beforehand, say, that a particular boot was narrow-fitting, or fitted high at the heel, etc. (measurements would help.)”

“The logistics department of Field and Trek appears to lack the capability of processing orders correctly. In my concrete case, I received an item in another size than ordered. After having made Field and Trek aware of this error and returning the product, the company again sent me an item in another size than specified. At least, the customer service of Field and Trek appears to be halfway decent, albeit not very competent: after several misunderstandings and having exchanged a lot of correspeondence, I received a full refund for all returned items, including the postage fees.”
