“The item I bought was charged at full price and not the sale price. Yes, I did pre-order the item. But when I checked on the website when I received it, it was already priced at the reduced value. Field and Trek would not refund the difference. Sent the item back.”

“I would of given you 'very good' for arrival of goods and correspondence but the fact that I had to pay £11 to return my jacket which didn't fit correct will mean that I will not use you again. Sorry!”

“The response and speed of order processing by Field and Trek was quick and efficient and the product purchased is excellent, and just as described. Very happy with all this. BUT!!... I will not be using Field and Trek again. WHY?..the delivery of the package by Yodel was appalling - they delivered the package to the wrong address (a property that is currently vacant where a workman just happened to be on the day). Field and Trek must change their delivery arrangements to secure my future support and use.”
