“Up to date information on delivery. We' were out when package arrived but delivery man used sense and left it with a trusted neighbour. Everything arrived well wrapped . Very pleased with service.”

“Overall an easy shopping experience. Prices v.competative on everything! Only things that could be improved (in my opinion) is to lower the threshold for free P&P, and to perhaps offer a "free return label" at a set cost, which could be added to basket as a 'just incase' for customers as returning items is expensive.”

“Paid for next day delivery but as I was at work and Yodel driver flatly refused to try my neighbours I didn't get parcel. Yodel driver left card saying would deliver following day 1 to 3 ONLY so I arranged to take long lunch to be at home and also spoke to yodel office and said if I was out to deliver to neighbour who was at home all day. Yodel came at 11.30 and didn't bother trying neighbour who had seen him arrive and gone to her door only to see him drive off. Parcel then returned to depot after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts! I have now cancelled order and emailed Mike Ashley who owns Fueld and trek and have not even gad courtesy of a reply! Oh and to add insult to injury I found product for £20 less on Spirts Direct site.... Also owned by Mr Ashkey!”
