“Very fast delivery. Unfortunately, had a problem with item which had to be returned. My emails were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Item was returned and a full refund was received. Very good Customer Services. Would buy from this seller again.”

“The size 4-8 socks I got for my wife (Gelert Boot Socks) were no way able to fit a size 4.. they are massive.. hoping they shrink in the wash a bit. The rest of the order was great.”

“Good app for tracking different activities. I run in woods so sometimes the tracking distance varies for the same route but I think this is due to internet signal not the app. Great stats and ability to compare and record activities. Best running app I have tried”

“well, I ordered my boots on line and instead of getting them posted direct to me I chose Click n Collect at your Guildford Store (30 miles away but the nearest one to me) so that in the event of the boots not fitting properly I could return them to the shop. HOW WRONG WAS THAT?? I gather from my conversation with Sam yesterday that your shops never accept returns that have been purchased on line and never give refunds anyway. that of course is their prerogative and within the law but IT IS UNUSUAL as every store I know will give a refund if the item is exactly as bought with tags etc and walking boots need to be worn around the house to make sure they will carry you long distances! so I am concerned about this, I feel you should make this clear on your website, that your web business is completely separate from your shops. I would then have simply got you to post the boots to me instead of making a special journey to Guildford for them. btw Sam, at Guildford was very helpful but it was obviously difficult for him to have to explain all this to me!”

“Two of my ordered items arrived within 2 days of ordering - much to my delight, but 1 item was missing. I would have liked to have been notified that my order was coming in 2 parcels, but as I didn't know what had happened to the 3rd item I had to contact Field & Trek to find out. They were very prompt at replying the next day and I also had an email from Yodel the next day enabling me to track the missing parcel. So .... altogether I was very pleased with the service - I just wish I has been informed at the beginning that they were coming in 2 separate parcels.”

“i chose click and collect ar my local Sports Direct shop. Why do you make the number so long there were 5 0's and FT at the begining. All these extra bits completely confused the young girl at the till. Had I gone to collect the parcel on a Saturday I would have held the queue up as they don't have a specific click and collect area. I would you this system again but only because I know how the numbers work so could tell them to ignore the F and T and every order has 5 0's i am pleased with the shoes very good price”
