“I shopped at the Betws y Coed branch. I was looking for a specific style of summer walking sandal/shoe. The assistant, Jim, was amazing! He was the best footwear specialist I have ever come across. It was the end of the day, he was patient, he knew every model of shoe they sold including the pros and cons of each. He checked the fit on each pair I tried on and made some really helpful recommendations! I am so delighted with my purchases that I've bought another two pairs! The value for money is great and it'll be my first port of call next time I need outdoor footwear. Thank you Jim ????.”

“I have always been extremely impressed with the quality of goods bought from Field and Trek; visiting the Fort William store in a state of desparation having ripped my trousers with poor cramponing technique, I was equally impressed with the friendly and helpful service provided first thing in the morning, and got re-attired in no time with a great pair of threads! With the sale on, this was the last pair in stock but I got another pair on-line later.”
