“To whom it may concern , I just wanted to say thank you especially to Christopher at customer services for helping me with replacing a pair of walking boots I bought for my son from field and trek , he had only worn them a few times and the stitching on the side had come undone therefore not making them waterproof , he helped me send them back and within a week a new pair arrived . I have bought lots of things from field and trek and I'm very happy with them !! Kind regards”

“Very impressed with Field and Trek. The item I ordered was keenly priced and just what I had been lookin for. “I was glad you still had what I wanted in online as I went into my local store and was told that there would be no chance of getting one and would have to wait till a new range would be delivered to store , the man in store was not that helpful but hay I thought I'd check out online and got what I wanted .. thank you”

“This was the first time I bought from Field and Trek's online store. And I was pleasantly surprised that the whole experience was not that different from other UK online stores. The search worked really well and was fast with the scant information I had on the (outdoors) jacket I saw in the store (where they didn't have my size). The registration process was easy and quick. The "buy" process was also quick and smooth and they even accept PayPal (always a plus if you're worried about the security the online "places" put around your credit card). And the package with the jacket arrived one day before the estimated delivery date.”
