“Items were as advertised and quality seems ok(untested) for what I paid. Came quickly. Not sure why you pretend to be a different business to sports direct?? Not happy about paying delivery regardless and would be better if exchanges could be made in sports direct ( this is true of SD website also)”

“I was delighted that the boots I ordered arrived a couple of days early. But your delivery information was so out of date that they appeared to have only just been collected on the day they arrived with me. However, I wore them yesterday to a (archery) shoot and it's the first one I have been to where I have ended the day with dry, warm feet. Every other pair of boots I have had has either leaked, or not kept me warm. So, I'm very happy with the purchase.”

“On Line service is simple though I hate when the buying process is interrupted by Security checks that end up not working and causing the sake to fail mid way through. As was the case with MasterCard. Which meant I had to cancel and stat again using PayPal instead. The shoes arrived today and though they are the same size as all the others I have bought from this manufacturer Merrell) I am surprised to find them feeing more like a size too small as my toes are tight against the fronts. Still deciding whether to send them back or or see if they loosen off a bit but I have always felt immediately comfortable with this brand from first putting them on.”
