“I was surprised at how quickly I received the product being it was internationally. My only issue was the conversion chart to US size they supplied on the website was inaccurate. They said a 9 in US was a 6.5 in UK size which isn't accurate. I really needed to order a UK size 7 to reflect a US size 9”

“I purchased items both online and in-store. The online process was quite simple as expected and paid with Paypal (for added security). I then found out the size I ordered was a bad fit so I went and exchanged it at my local store (Stanway, Colchester). The staff there were mostly polite, friendly and very helpful, despite the expected not-so-positive conditions they have to endure with their employer. They completed the exchange and did a price-matching because the shoes were cheaper online. Overall, I'm very happy with the service, but I'm giving it 4 stars because I was not happy with the £5 delivery charge (admittedly, I got it back as a voucher to spend in store, but still..what if I had no store bear by?)”

“Very good prices but i tried to contact (in aftersales@fieldandtrek.co.uk) for a change in my order a couple of times and after some days my order was shipped without any answer. The reason that i tried to contact was that the price of an item in my bag was updated in the item's page but not in my bag - so the amount i was charged was different from the amount i was asked to pay!!!”
