“Delivery and updates were good, but have a small part missing, emailed customer service but have not had a reply as yet. The stopper or Bung as they are sometimes known as is missing from pole awaiting customer service response”

“Good prices and fast delivery - fair delivery price. BUT Ordered 2 pair pack of Salomon merino socks and it came with 3 R and 1 L.... Too little a cost to bother returning but annoying - not their fault probably Salomon.”

“The waterproof overtrousers are straightforward, and arrived as stated (delivered to store the next day). As to quality, ask me in a years time, when I've used them a few times - looks robust and well made on first inspection. The mesh lining seems a nice touch. No drawstring though - but the elastic seems strong enough.”
