“Service is quite good, but I had a problem in the past with a wrong delivery, as size of shoes was confused with American size. The delivery man could have left the parcel with a neighbour, as we were out on the day of first delivery.”

“The staff in the shop were very helpful, however, I am very disappointed that i have not received the product yet after placing the order on 21 May and being notified that Hermes collected them on 25 May (over a week ago) Please can i be advised as to when they will be delivered as i ordered them for holiday next week. Regards”

“I found the website very easy to use and the product range of rucksacks excellent. The delivery to Sports Direct was priced at £4.99 which seems rather steep and certainly compares unfavourably with other online delivery rates. The rucksacks were delivered in 3 days which again compares unfavourably with other online retailers although maybe I have been spoilt by the 14 hours that Amazon Prime achieve when I order in the evening. Collection from Sports direct was time consuming as they had no signage in store to indicate which tills allowed collection and I wasted time queuing up for the tills at the back of the ground floor when I should have known that I needed to queue up at the back of the First floor. The quality of the Karrimor SF rucksacks is excellent and I am very happy with the products hence the 4 stars, I just took one of for the overall customer experience. Need to try harder.”

“Whilst the delivery was very good unfortunately I have had to return the shorts as whilst described as being a size 8 they were way too big - more like a 12. I'm not sure how that can be as I already have a pair of the same shorts in a size 8 which fit perfectly.”

“Bought everything from the clearance range and, as anticipated, the goods varied in quality. They did represent value for money in almost all cases with a few real bargains. I would not have bought any of the items at full price unless I needed them urgently.”
