“I was unable to find this item in store in the right size. Thankfully they were available for home delivery. Ordering was easy. Delivery was quite quick and the courier was both friendly & efficient.”

“I received my ski jacket promptly and efficiently - the only problem is that it's not the one I ordered. Different style, different colour, cheaper price. The only way to contact the Company is via their website messaging system and so far I have had no response. Really doisappointing.”

“Speedy delivery but why can't you use collect + for returns, most companies now don't charge for delivery if you spend over a certain amount and you get free returns. Why not with you ?”

“I requested the cancellation of my order for a Karrimor fleece last week as I wished to add additional items to the order. I was disappointed that my request was ignored. I subsequently ordered two further items (a fleece and a pair of walking trousers) and incurred an additional carriage charge, which I had hoped to avoid. Vincent Dolan”
